Legacy West is continuing to expand with high-rise towers. A new $3 billion office tower development is joining One Legacy West, the 14-story commercial real estate.
Gensler’s Dallas, the global architectural firm, is set to design Two Legacy West with expectations of up to 600,000 square feet in office space. The second office tower is already seeking new tenants. Some occupants of the first tower include NTT Data, Venture X, Tokyo Marine Holding, and Softweb Solutions Inc. to name a few.
