Legacy West builder and lead partner Fehmi Karahan will be added to the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals’ Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame this year.
This honor is regarded as a top award in local real estate and follows Karahan’s involvement as lead partner in Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development. The development is one of the most successful real estate projects to ever exist in North Texas and continues to experience growth within the area.
Karahan will be recognized for his contribution to real estate in North Texas on April 30, 2019. Among others, Karahan will join the likes of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who was honored in the Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2018.
